As the founder and Director of Ameen HHC, Ali brings a unique combination of clinical experience and business
leadership to the heart of the organization. With over 6 years of hands-on experience in direct patient care and a year of management expertise, Ali is deeply committed to providing compassionate, personalized support to every client. Ali earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a second major in International Business from Augsburg University in 2024 and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Health Management from LSU. His academic and professional background reflects a strong dedication to both the operational and human sides of care. Ali leads Ameen HHC with a focus on cultural sensitivity, trust, and high-quality standards—ensuring clients feel safe, respected, and truly cared for in a home-like setting.
Jennifer Bild
Lead Nurse | Ameen HHC
With over 15 years of nursing experience and more than a decade working closely with the Department of Health Services, Jennifer brings deep clinical knowledge, regulatory expertise, and a true passion for patient-centered care to Ameen HHC. Her background includes hands-on care in both home health and facility settings, as well as working on compliance and health standards at a state level. Jennifer is not only skilled in delivering high-quality medical care but also excels in communication, compassion, and leadership—making her an invaluable part of our care team. She plays a key role in developing personalized care plans, training staff, and ensuring that every client receives safe, respectful, and professional support.
